Build up those BUTT muscles - - - mostly that exercise where you are on your back with legs in air as if pedaling a bike. And yes Butt implants are a possibility. Estrogen shots might be another alternative therapy.

I've been told as a boy that i had a small waist and hips..like my mom. I was told my hips would stay small. hahah but i proved them wrong.
Now my butt isn't huge, but it's definately bigger than before, and it's hard.

I am an exercise science major. And have been lifting since i was 11. LISTEN yes some people are correct. butt is made of fats you can't make it bigger. but that's not pefectly true. I got my butt harder and bigger withouth getting a fatty waist line. SQUATS baby. heavy squats! leg press machine as well. heavy! but i'm a guy..girls don't like heavy weights. but it will build MUSCLE on your backside and not fat...if you do it for years.

However, i've stopped lifting for 5 months now(i wanna cry, haha) and i've lost 15lbs. and my hips...unfortunately got smaller...still hard..more defined...but smaller. When i start lifting weights again and eating more...my hips will get bigger. Will i be fatter? Well mabye a tiny bit, but you won't notice it too much! seriously. So you can make you butt grow a little bit..not much..if you squat and do those leg exercise heavy. if you eat more and accept putting on 2% more body fat then you get your hips bigger still.

The size is predetermined by your genes. But you should do exercises that target that area. The only way to increase the size is to do movements that are heavy in intensity, for example; deep knee bends, while holding dumbbells in your hands. Or putting ankle weights on and raising your leg straight out behind you with your foot pointed out to the side, while holding on to something solid. Do not do aerobics. Don't jog or walk. You need high intensity, short duration exercises. In other words, weightlifting.

I'm 100 lbs and I have a big butt. Here's how my butt got bigger: Squats, I run everyday, stairmaster, elliptical machines. they even have weight machines for building muscle on your butt. If you increase weight over time, trust me you'll have a big butt in no time.

Well, skinny girls who want big boobs but don't want to be fat get boob jobs. Did you know that they now do butt implants? Yep, it is true!! You can tighten it up, and lift it up with exercise but you aren't going to make it bigger without gaining weight.

butt is made up of fats. you cannot make them grow bigger without putting on weight. going to gym only tone them to be firmer.

I have what I call a butt/thigh one piece and I have tried everything! Doctor told me I am built that way and other than plastic surgery no chance so I just deal.

why need a bigger butt, you should ask for a tone and firm butt.

go to a gym and tell the gymnast to show you some excercises that will tone your butt
