I think the difference is that the coke zero is no calories with lots of sugar and diet coke gives u the calories and the sugar. I don't really know. They are both really bad for you, way too much sugar. I'm sure you could go to Coca-Cola.com and see what they say. Good Luck with ur research! Drink water and be healthy!

Coke Zero is made using a different sweetening process than Diet coke. This allows it to "taste" more like coke. I still prefer the taste of Diet anyday ^^
