Here is the Nutrition Facts for a bag of microwaveable popcorn:

Keep in mind that bulk popcorn that you can make yourself, without all the additives in the microwaveable popcorn, will have less fat.

If you are interested in starting a good diet, here's a good list in a buyer's guide I use:

I hope this helps you.

Does popcorn have any nutritional value?

Doubt it. If a person adds butter and salt, it probably negates any nutritional value it had to begin with. BTW, I don't like popcorn; yes, I am weird, but that's just me.........

A serving of popcorn actually counts as a serving of whole grain, but to count as a healthy serving, it must be air popped or light microwave popcorn. Movie popcorn and packaged brands that claim to be air popped are typically infused with high calorie oil, so beware of those types.

Good source of fiber and if it's not popped in oil or topped with a lot of butter it's not half-bad. There are better alternative snacks and much, much worse ones. Happy Snacking! BTW, I love the stuff popped the old fashion way on the stove....
