It depends on the condition of your hair to start with. We have a pool at home and I'm a brunette and condition my hair everyday,so all it does to mine is gets highlights. But my daughters friend is a blond and it turns her hair with a green cast. So I suggest condition good so it doesn't dry out and wear a swim cap if it starts to change undesirable colors. Have Fun!

Yes. It damages your hair alot, but if you don't go in a pool on a daily basis, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's just for vacation, have fun. And use conditioner after you get out of the pool.

yes it damages your hair, but there are ways that you can help it not damage it so much
step1:put a leave in conditioner in your hair B4 you get in, this will help coat your hair to prevent the chlorine from sticking to and damaging your hair
step2:get your hair wet before getting in (with normal water) this will help your hair from becoming brittle and breaking
THESE STEPS SHOULD HELP!!!!!
