Hi again,

I forgot to ask in my other post (I'm not sure if I can edit it change it)... but if you have a fair bit of weight to lose.. what would be better for you... walking (includes brisk walking, jogging, running) or riding an exercise bike?

Eat only fresh fruit in the mornings as for breakfast, the fruits is what helps clean our bodies, you can drink juice if you want but only fresh home made juice ( Not from a can or bottle) Around lunch time you'll want to eat above ground veggies like corn, peas and green beans. Those kind of veggies. These are what gives us energy during the day. Please nothing from a can. They won't do u any good at all.
Supper time you'll want to eat those veggies grown below ground like carrots and potatos. Here's the catch The only thing you can cook is the potatos and I would suggest slowly baking those, Everything needs to be eaten raw. The heat in cooking kills the things we need to make us healthy. Nothing processed at all is allowed you'll be defeting the purpose. only clean water to drink ( no tap water , thats some nasty stuff ) no coffee no tea no beer or whiskey no soft drink of any kind.. Abosolutley nothing that is processed and at your best don't cook any of it. at least if you have to cook it cook at extreamly low heat and not for any lenght of time. Oh you can have peanuts almonds ectt... raw no salt sorry no salt or butter to any foods either.
Your trying to remove the toxins and you will lose wieght. when the body rids itself of all the toxins you should gain a little back to where you are suppose to be.

Excercise will do even walking at the park or in the mall (but don't look at those fast food stands)
Did you know singing can also loose weight. If you like playing on your PS1 PS2 or even PS3 you can dance of your shoes with the dance revo. jogging is also good.

Hi,..Im a 5th year medical student......here are the activities in order from MORE to LESS "burning":

1-Swimming(it nearly works out all ur muscles).
2- Running.
3-Cycling.
4-walking.
...................and the last is sitting on the couch :-)).
Your and everyones aim in a diet is to increase energy expenditure....this is accomplished by 2 ways: A-)burning more by direct physical sctivity(sports above).
B-)Making the burning rate (metabolism) higher.......to acheive this dont ever eat little amount of daily food...always eat a lot(in sense of 3 meals a day not less)....not a lot meaning much.......and breakfast is the key to this step.....just when u wake up...have something...like fruit..or honey..to wake up ur metabolism......if u skip breakfast ...ur body will understand that u r still sleeping or resting ot at least doesnt need "the burnning to start"...So eat 3 meals a day

hi for ur attentino its very important to know about 20 minutes before ur lunch drink a glass of lemanode with water with out any suger or sth else and beore ur diner drink a glass of water this 2 objest will help u to hydrolize ur colurise and lipids or the things that wil make u fat in ur food annd dont for get eat all part of ur meals break fast lunch and dinner but knot to much and dont eat more than 7 sugar pice in a day and use friuts between ur meals but not to much

Brisk regular walking in a non-congested, pollution-free, safe place, preferably with a silent buddy. And, controlled + balanced diet, under regular medical supervision (for both exercise and diet).

if you have a little more weight to loose you should pick up ypur intensity level in the cardio area 1 hour of cardio and 30 min of strength training to build your matabolism and portion control in low fat meals
