Absolutely. Some take more work than others to develop it and maintain it.

Absolutely! I grew up on a farm and my brothers, dad, uncles, and grandpa had muscular bodies. All that scooping, shoveling, throwing bales of hay around. We had work horses and one of my uncles learned to shoe horses from the local farrier. We had milk cows before the milking machines, got some really nice arm sculpting going on there. We walked the fields husking the corn by hand. I'm not kidding, I'm that old (drat!) but we did get a corn-picking machine when I was 7 or 8. Built farrowing pens for the sows and chicken coops for the hens. Grandpa said the tractor made us lazy. But we still kept the horses in the pasture for haying season. Living on the farm was a work-out!

So yeah, every man can have a hard muscular body. You just have to keep working it, and working it, and working it. Now it's called "going to the gym to work out". But hey, get some free weights and do it at home - lots of DVDs and tapes out there to help.

We women don't mind a guy getting 'ripped' with a 6-pack and all, but hey we like nice trim firm bodies too. You don't have to go 'Arnold' on us. (Just a little California humor there).

My husband is 38 and works out everyday. So his body is rock hard! Our sons started out a 14 years old and they all have very good bodies. But it is something that does not come over night, it takes a few months to start to get the look you want. But it is something my boys and their dad do together and its fun for them.
