How old are you? Your weight seems too low for your height. It's possible to lose 10 lb in 4 weeks but it's a little fast.
There are many unhealthy ways to lose weight. I don't think I would trust the advice I got here on Yahoo! because you never know who's giving the advice. Also, the advice doesn't take your own situation into account. Perhaps you'd consider asking a doctor for advice.

you need to put on weight and not be taking it off. You sound anorexic / bulimic. You are totally under nourished.
Talk with your doctor about your plans to take more weight off. I am sure he would not agree and suggest counseling.
My daughter is 5' 3" and weighs 130 lbs but she is all muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat so it weighs more.
Anyone that gives this person exercise idea's to help with her plans to loose weight are frickin idiots. She needs professional help. She is headed to meet a disastrous ending

Caffeine is an ingredient in certain weight loss pills, so consider drinking coffee on a regular basis. Different amounts obviously work for different people, so just see which amount works for you.

Try to understand that if calories intake is more than calories spent then u will put on . if both are same u will maintain the wt.
and if calories spent are more than your calories intake then you will start reducing the wt. so manupulate on your exercise & diet controll to reduce the wt. 3500 calories is equall to 1 lb. of your wt.
Hope now you can manage it.
All the best.....
