My gums have receded I stopped the process by Brushing my teeth twice daily with a soft toothbrush in a circlular motion and flossing every day, and the gums on my front teeth is actually growing back. I think Colgate Total has helped also.

Receding gums is caused by gingivitis. The effects of gingivitis can be reversed, but only by proper dental care, and brushing twice if not three times daily.

Find atomodine at the health food store and massage it in twice a day.
My gums were so bad they were going to cut them, but after a week of using atomodine it completely was fine again, also don't brush your teeth to vigorous
