Come after Labor Day...when the weather is cooler and the September sky is a beautiful blue. If you wait longer for the leaves to turn yellow, then kiss her along a treelined street or park path... Pull her close as the leaves fall slowly and the fall breeze kicks up the leaves around you.
Oh yeah...I'm a total romantic. If you have to kiss her, you gotta kiss her now and sooner.

Shouldn't you be setting your plans around the availability of her lips? I'd say go for Valentine's day. I hear Central Park is lovely around that time of year.
