i work 4 months away 2 off and it puts most women off but i cant change me job. What do i do?

Try and meet someone at the start of your 2 months off, gives you time to form a relationship. If it is right, she will wait for you while you are away for work. Is there no opportunity for you to get home at all during the 4 months?

We need more details about what you do. The time away sounds kind of suspicious to most women like that you could have another wife and family somewhere else. Clearly it's a job where you can't take her with you--oil platform, shipping, something like that? In the 1800s if you were the captain of your own ship, you certainly could take your wife with you.
It seems that nowadays work isn't designed for people to sustain relationships.

well, they say good things come to those who wait. maybe you just have to enjoy being away so much, for now. when you get to stabilize your schedule and all that, you'll meet the right girl for you that would be willing to meet you halfway regarding this concern. ;-)

There is no way other than to keep looking. Good luck though. I know it is rough. Someone will come along. Do you know anyone who can set you up? Or you can try speed dating if you are brave enough.
