My favorite thing in the whole world (besides fried okra--yes, I'm strange) is broccoli casserole.
Now before you turn your nose up, you gotta hear what's in it. It's the best stuff ever. You gotta try it. And it's easy and cheap to make.
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets and peices
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 regular-sized bag of shredded cheese
Ritz Crackers
Steam the broccoli until it's almost done, then drain it and put in a bowl, adding the soup and all but a cup of the shredded cheese.
Mix it all together, put in a casserole dish. Top with remainder of the cheese, and crush ritz crackers on top. Cook at 350 for fifteen or twenty minutes. You can tell when it's ready because the Ritz crackers get golden brown and crispy on top.
It's sooooo good! Hope you enjoy!
