As far as ingredients there is really no difference. Size and shape vary and some people think that noodles have eggs and spaghetti do not but that is not entirely true. Thefd are a lot of authentic spaghetti recipes our there using egg in the dough. Also spaghetti specifically refers the the way the pasta is processed...long and thin.

U know by the recipee. Noodles are broad term to describe the food type. Spagetti is more link to a kind of cooking for the noodles , most likely associated to Italian tastes. This is just a personal opinion.

Very easily. Spaghetti is long and very thin..being long is the key. Noodles are much broader and very short and sometimes curls after cooking. They both taste the same, but the appearance is very obviously different.

texture is alittle different. noodles from Asia are usually made in grease. Spaghetti is bascially noodles. Marco Polo came to China and took the idea back to Italy.
