There's a number of credit check agencies the best is Expiring for £2.00 they send you everything you do or don't want to know; or you can go on-line and pay £50 after a 30 day trial and your be able to track your history file for the following 11 months.

www.experian.com
and obtain your report and score. You can also find additional resources for explaining your credit report, and how to improve your score at www.brightscore.com
