You are not allowed to rate questions unless you're level 2 or higher, and the thumbs up is how you have been rated yes. No worries, you no long get points so you're not missing anything yet. Also when you reach level 2 if the thumbs up are green click on the thumbs up or thumbs down and it will record :) â¥

Yes, the lil thumbs up things are how you've been rated. If you want to rate click the thumbs up or the thumbs down. If you want to vote click on the big blue button with vote written on it on the top of the page
