Remember before the invasion, we were always hearing on the news about Saddams Surgically Altered Look-A-Likes? We haven't heard a thing about them since. What happened to them? The Saddam of today looks a little different from any of the earlier pictures of him.

They already had DNA samples for Saddam from before the war. They said they matched them up with the man they caught to confirm who he was.

It is already an old story . Definitely it was Saddam they caught with all the proof they need. The most important being his DNA, which matched. Did you notice his arrogance and his temper at his trial. Nobody can do and act as what he is doing and showing during the on going court case. Do you have any more doubt about his actual identity.

unless they have learned how to surgically alter a person's dna (which if they did i want to meet that guy). then no it's him. now if you assume that they weren't really able to do dna testing, there were enough in depth physical exams that the signs of surgical alterations would have been present and tipped them off. no it's the real saddam.

Your doubt is simply because it is too difficult to believe bush and his war contractors .
But clear your doubt , this must be sadam , as it is imposible to hide , like it was imposible to hide the lies bush and his war contractors told before and during the war.
was sadam a terrorist/or supporting terrorists
were there weapons of mass destructions in iraq.
was the whole world not preventing him from this war
sadam was one of the biggest enemies of osama and alqaida long beore bush called them terrorist
even the saudi kings are the worst enemies of asama and alqaida ,

I believe they said early on in his capture that they confirmed his identity through a DNA test.
