Kab'ah in Makkah (Mecca) is for sure the oldest. However it is not called a temple. It is a Masjid. It was originally built by Ibrahim (Abraham) and his elder son Ismaeel (Ishmaeel). there is also a rock of the heaven in the Kaba which ibrahim (peace be upon him) inserted...then there is Ab-e Zam zam... that is an ever-flowing Spring.... when ismaeel n hajra were left alone in mecca.. there was no water .. n ismaeel who was a baby then started cryin n kicking his legs on the ground.. n then miraculously the spring sprung under his feet...... its a living miracle.. that this spring is still there.. n it does not get dry!!!
