Check out the OpenCD under http://www.theopencd.org . There you can download a CD image with a lot of free software for Windows from the Open Source movement, such as OpenOffice.org (complete office suite), the Gimp (graphics software), Mozilla Firefox (web browser), various games...
It's definitely worth a look.
