VLC (-> http://www.videolan.org/vlc ) can play encrypted DVDs as well as most other media formats.

dvd decrypter will do ya. download the 30 day trial and then use date cracker 2000 to trick the trial date. read how to use sate cracker after you download it. full trial version available
