Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

But because he looks at you straight to the eye doesnt mean he likes you already. If he wants to be with you every minute, every second of the day...and if he does'nt stop calling you or contacting you by all means, then that's the only time that you can say that he's into you! If the only sign as of now is him looking straight to your eyes, do not conclude yet..look for more obvious signs. You might get hurt if you assume this early

He is looking you in the eyes because he likes you, thinks you are pretty, wants you to make it easy for him to talk so he can ask you out.

Not necessarily, but if he's kinda staring at you in the eyes (kinda) and his body language is directed towards you then, yeah! i think there's a huge possibility.

eyes are the most emiotional part of our face but still you need to focus on more then one hint from him cos if he dosnt u could make a total **** of yaself.

That's not enough of a clue...in fact, that's not even a clue, he may be looking you in the eye because he is confident.

many ppl luk straight in d eye while talkin so u cnt b very sure abt it..... has he shown ne other gesture like winkin alot @ u..?? does he touch u wen he talks 2 u? y dnt u ask him..?? if u dnt want 2 sound desparate or smthng try askin neutral questions like wat type of a girl he likes....?!! jus dnt jump in2 conclusions.....
