Planning to go to a restaurant near the beach, where the water is actually next to the window. Then after we eat, we would walk on the beach and then sit on the sand and watch the waves come in. Sound like a good night? Well I dont know what to get her, I love her very much and well I want to give her something special, people told me jewelry, and i lookd at necklaces from Tiffany's. Sound good? Any other suggestions?

As the mother of 4 sons, here's my advice. When it comes to choosing a gift for a girl, make it something that's actually for both of you. This way should you break up, you haven't lost money on jewelry or any other expensive thing that she may give away or sell. Your restaurant and beach experience sounds very romantic and wonderful. And the person that suggested flowers was good too. Experiences create memories which last a lifetime, material things get lost, break, sold or given away.

Ya, flower maybe. But NOT A DOZEN! JUST ONE ROSE is ok, bro! It's more romantic. It can show your confidence too (which she loves). You are let her know that you are confidence enough. Just the time spending together she is happy enough. Trut me.
Tiffany thing is not bad. But if I am u, I will not buy necklace for 1st anniversity. I will save it for later.
Rule: Don't buy too expensive thing. You will spoil her. If you just buy expensive thing for her, she will only see you are lack of confidence and you only have one thing to offer her - your wallet.

Thats a very good idea. get her a pure gold chain with a heart pendant... it cud have a wrist chain as well... remember, flowers are a must...

well, i dunno what your girl is into. if it was me, forget about the jewellery. it's all about the little things like a mix tape, poem or even a scrapbook of your year together. it doesn't need to cost the earth to say 'i love you'
