Why can't people just answer the question. Also, this does not have ephedra in it.

I believe it's ephedra.
If it is, I wouldn't use it. It a massive strain on your internal organs.
Also don't use anything that depletes water from your system. Sure you'll look a little trimmer but all it is, is water weight.
There aren't really any good diet pill solutions south of caffeine. And that will deplete water in your bod too. But drinking coffee is better than taking ephedra.

I haven't heard of it but by the way it starts out it sounds very much like it could contain ephedra. Which I don't know if you have heard, but has been linked to deaths and taken off the market. I would tell ya not to touch it but if you are gonna anyway, ask a doctor that you trust. I think ya may get the same response sweetie. Good luck!
