Actually i am a 21 year old girl and a slim one i am having a very less weight i.e. around 40 which is less and i too want to gain muscles and want my body posture to be good enough what should i do for this?

First you should check your hunger.
You should eat only when you are hungry.
Eat fresh protinous food and avoid too much fats.
Exercise early in the morning daily and play games.
Have a glass of warm water + 1/2 fresh lemon before exercise so that you will get good hunger.

After seeing this i decide to share something as a results of fact I spent many some years going from weight loss application to weight loss application with out seeing any effects till I observed Pams magic plan (purely google it). indisputably the main weightloss that I even have ever had and it continues to be working to on the present time.

You need to see a dr first and foremost. Then if they suggest more food. Try bread or other items high in carbs along with a regular diet regimine meant to gain weight.
