2am he then told me how he had made the big step in telling someone that he was not going to wait for them anymore. He then said that he has caught himself saying those same love words just before hanging up with me. He then later on said I love you. Much later on in the day he informed me that he never gave me an answer so he said that for us the positives totally out weigh any of the negatives by far.He then said, he would always be friends with this woman . Then he said, he was having mixed feelings and there was definately no one else that it wasn't about that, then he said what he was trying to say is that he needed to regroup and figure out what he has to offer. Please help me guys, did he nicely give me the jilt or is there a chance? I am, thinking space is what he needs what do you think? signed born2damromantic

Just ask him straight out. "Do you love me?"
Tell him that you are a bit confused about what he really wants. Ask him to really tell you what he really needs. If he goes around telling you all these stories or giving you all this excuses or reasons with out giving you a clear answer to your question, then I think you should let him go, because most likely he doesn't know what he wants. If he really loves you he will come back looking for you, and if you really love him, you will be waiting for him because not even time can make true love fade away. Good Luck!
