I have not been to the Belfast one, but had my hair cut in their Canary Wharf Salon in London and it was the worst hair cut I ever had. I paid £50 for it. The hairdresser did not even ask me what I wanted, she just started chopping, she did not speak to me at all, rather she sent the whole time discussing how bad her hangover was with her colleague next to us. I was so angry, I ended up looking like a toilet brush.

No but had it done in Richmond and they are over-rated and no different from your high street hairdresser. Went there once and never returned.
