Honey, if you find the answer let me know. Stay away from the bread. Don't eat after 6:00 p.m. and eat several small snacks/meals verses big meals. Try to get up earlier and do some sort of exercise. Bread is really bad for adding pounds. Carbs in general. Add multi grain to your diet if you want breads and cereals.

go to your doctor. im sure you have 15-30mins to spare now n then. you can do it in mini sessions. not full on 1hr workouts. maybe ask your doctor what will be recommended. maybe take diet supplements, or the medicine that increases ur metabolism, or that tablet thing that helps decrease the excess fat in your system. bread is high in gi and carbs. maybe instead of reducin ur food intake, eat more fruit and drink plenty of water and maybe walk or jog to work perhaps. or jog each mornin or do sit ups. theres always time for exercise. only healthy way to lose weight is control your diet and choose carefully what you eat and exercise moderately at least 30mins daily.

Bread is a very high carb food. If you eat alot of it you willl gain weight. Cut back on the carbs and incorporate more fruits and vegetables and the pounds should start coming off.

So, you want to lose weight without any effort or change, right? Won't happen, honey! You have to sacrifice SOMETHING and make major changes in your life style to loose any weight at all. Stop loading up on the carbs, and do lots of fish, chicken and veggies. Take a walk, 30 min. a day. Get up off of your fat behind! Working late and "time" management are lousey excuses for WANTING to stay fat, porky!

Do yourself a big favour and make time to exercise and develop healthy eating habits or you will never change or just get worse. Even if you do find a magic pill that makes you lose weight you will not have any muscle tone and still look bad.... Truth hurts.

believe me, you should take time to excercise, especially because you work late, or you'll just go downhill. excercise is important for the mind as well as the body. but for the time being, try substituting the food you eat (especially the bread) with others: fat and carbs for fibers and grains. like carrots, lettuce, nuts (not too much though) broccolli, cawliflower, fruit juices, etc.

There's no such thing as a free lunch. If you don't try and reduce your calorific intake, or burn off the excess, of course you will continue to gain weight.
