I don't fly business class often enough to acrue tier points but would pay to join a club that gives access to the business class lounge before international flights.

You can join Priority Pass for lounge access. They have different membership tier levels depending on your usage

Some airlines sell memberships to their clubs - like Delta. Check the website of the air lines you use most often. The fee lessens the more you travel. Their are many ways to earn sky miles without flying - most notably is using a Delta/American Express card for any purchases. My daughter and her husband pay all of their bills with a card & then pay off the card each month.

Follow the link to the Delta Club site.

I love to be able to escape to the peace & quite of a Crown Club while waiting for my flight. Well worth the cost, especially during holiday seasons.

You used to get access by getting a Diners Card, but I don't know if that's still the case.
