Yes, guppies and mollies are in the same family and genus, so they can interbreed.
(Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species.)
Both Molly and Guppy are classified as:
Family: Poeciliidae
Genus: Poecilia
(their species are different, but like horse and donkey, they can interbreed)

If the female is pregnant with babies, you'll be able to see them as tightly curled up little balls with big eyes, packed tightly into thinly stretched areas of her 'tummy' and she'll have her babies shortly after 21 or so days.

***She and the others may try to consume her babies so put her alone in a divider area or her own tank where she will have lots of thick plants to swim through and can have the babies safely and then she should be removed or she'll hunt them down. There are boxes with funnel or v-shaped slots that the babies can drop through as they are born to keep them safe from being gobbled up. You could probably improvise this with the top cut off of clean plastic water or soda bottle then hang it in the tank so the spout points down. The mom should have plenty of swimming space in the top... when she starts birthing, she twists, the babies will fall through the hole in the bottom.

only one other thing... I don't remember how long a female can store sperm if she was exposed to a male guppy previously, because they can sometimes store it for a while and not get pregnant right away.

Sounds really exciting!! Good luck!

Yes it is possible; as mentioned above, they're in the same genus. Much like a horse and a donkey; or a tiger and a lion; they can breed; but most often the resulting offspring are incapable of creating their own offspring, meaning, infertile.
Look at the an-al fin(Minus the -, if I type it like that it blanks it), which is the triangular largest fin on your guppy girl's stomachs; do they have a dark spot right above the fin? This spot is called the 'gravid spot', is basically dark because of the pigment in the fry's eyes. This is visible, to some point, with all common hobbyist livebearers; Guppies and platies being the most obvious, though mollies, swordtails, etc. also portray this. If your guppies have this spot, then expect babies any day beyond approximately 21 days after you put the male molly in the tank.

No they cannot mate, your guppies were pregnant when they were born, wehter they will live to adulthood depends on how strong they are, but do yourself a favor and get the other sexes for the fish they will die without mating

I would make sure that the tank is covered so the cat can't get in it.
