Crow hatches the eggs of a bird called "quail" who lays eggs in the nest of the crow.
Domestic hen hatches the eggs of any other bird you put under her; say pigeons eggs, ducks eggs, etc.

I think you got it a bit mixed up..a cuckoo doesnt hatch eggs of other birds...but lets his eggs get hatched by other birds!
So other (usuall smaller) birds hatch cuckoo eggs.

Do you mean say, when duck eggs are hatched and reared by a chicken ? We used to call them 'Foster mothers.'

assuming it's a wild bird you are asking about, it would be called 'fool'. hatching a species other than your own is a failure to advance your own species, giving favored treatment to competitors.
