You say God dosen't exist because there is no scientific proof he is real.
If that's the case, can I safely conclude that you have no soul?
Considering there is no scientific proof you have one at all.

I am a Muslim. Therefore I believe there is such a thing as a soul in each one of us. So if you do not believe in God, then I believe u do not have a soul, correct?
That is all I ask. Yes or no.

I know it can be really difficult to understand an other's perspective, and I have sympathy for that frustration.
Atheists do not believe in the supernatural or the unsubstantiated. So no, atheists do not believe in the concept of "soul." However, we do believe in the individual and unique scaffolding of learning experiences, and organization and function of brain structures which can be perceived as "character" or "personality."
I, personally, would not like to be called "soul-less" simply because it is a cognate to "heart-less" and "un-feeling." I consider myself to be a very warm, passionate, and kind character. Calling me something other than that might hurt my feelings, not because I buy the concept of the eternal soul , but because of the negative connotations.
I try not to join any religious answers because I find that they all seem to be driven by pride over which person is fundamentally right, the Christian or the Atheist, and not about the actually topic. I chose to answer this one because I though it could help to make the Atheist point of view better understood for Deists. Chiding one side or the other does not create converts to either camp, so it seems to be done purely to bolster pride. Insulting others to build yourself up is uncouth if you are an atheist, but that same pride-fullness is sinful and hypocritical coming from a Christian.

I'm not an atheist (although I'll bet my definition of "God" is very different from yours) but I can tell you this: science is not in the business of attempting to prove the existence of the supernatural, it is only in the business of attempting to understand the natural. Science is not and never will be capable of proving or disproving the existence of God because science has no experimental test for the existence of the supernatural. As to the soul, science might describe that as "the electro-biochemical processes occurring in the brain so as to cause conscious thinking". Natural or supernatural, if you really start digging into the medical science textbooks, it is a miracle that life exists at all and on top of that we are aware of it. None of us can create the universe, atheists or not.

If God doesn't exist, there'll be neither everlasting joy nor eternal damnation after death, so why would it matter if we have souls or not?
But logically the answer would be yes.
If God does not exist, then we have no souls, although the deductive reasoning behind this argument is rather lengthy.
But why should the atheist care anyway?

There is no cause to assume the existence of a soul...
And since you yourself have admitted that there's no proof of souls, you shouldn't believe in them either.

No, we say we don't share your belief in god because there is insufficient evidence to persuade us, it is only subtly different to saying god doesn't exist but different nonetheless.
If I have no soul you have no soul either...suck on that awhile!
But first we need to agree on what a soul is... do you have a good definition of what a soul is and evidence to back it up?

Depends on what you mean by soul.
Anything perceived other than the body is a creation of the imagination.
