Depends on what you mean by most Islamic country. Islam is practised across the world but as in the Christian church there are many sects and groups who interpret it in many ways. By population Indonesia has the largest number of followers. By political influence (i.e. the religion dictating the political process) it would probably be Iran.

It;s hard to say, because there are many different branches of Islam...Sunni, Shi'a, Sufi, Jafari, Hanbali, Maliki, Shafi'i, Ismaliyah, Zaiddiyah, Alawi, Dawoodi Bohras, Ibadi, Bektashi, Qadiri, Zikri, Ahmadiyah, and many others. There are also many different movements within each branch.
There are a lot of Middle Eastern countries that are near 100% Islam, even though there may be many different branches within it's borders. You can't get more than 100%. I'd say Iran, and Iraq would most likely top the list.

Depends on who you ask. Just like any other religion Islam has different schools of thought. The more secular-minded muslims would probably contend that places like Dubai are the most Islamic, whereas those who believe strongly in Sharia-based government would say the same about Taliban Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia.

the country in which the Muslims practise Islam. meaning that this depends on the Muslims themselves. there's no need to be proud of being part of the country that is "most Islamic". sincerity in practising the deen (i.e. religion) comes from the heart, unknown n unseen by anyone but Allah :)

In terms of practicing and abiding by the Islamic rules,I believe it's Saudia Arabia.They have strict rules and serve muslims wen they ceome to perform Hajj.I have great respect and Love for it.
as far as Malaysia and Indonesia are concearned,they are muslims by name but their government does'nt stop the heavy breeeze of vulgarity that the tourists and media is imposing on it.Due to all that obsenity they have faced great devestations,as Tsunami hit them.Islam is not just a religon to keep.It's about practicing,spreading and staying in the islamic rules and regulations.
