The Romans had this down. The whole idea of their sacrifices and festivals for the gods was to gain leverage. I like gods that work that way--puts you on a level playing field.

Why do you want to bargain with God? Are you able to keep your part of the bargain? Remember God knows everything. He will remember your side of the bargain even though you may forget it.

tell him you'll switch to another religion that doesn't include him.
(so no christianity, judaism or islam)
or stronger still you'll found a new religion and steal a bunch of his followers!!(only when you have a heavy demand)
