Bacteria can grow anywhere that will be condusive for them. Like pimples in the face..because pores, dirt combined with oil is there. PImples at the back..because it is where we can not reach when we scrub, the skin there is also a little moistened same with the buttocks, hidden yet the one not being cleansed thoughly. So, pimples are also bacterial in origin. Hope this helps. God bless!

Pimples are usually caused by clogged pores and if this is a new product that you just started using there is a possibility that you have had an allergic reaction. When my skin is irritated I usually splash milk on the area to calm my skin. Maybe you should try that.

Sweat. Yer probably sweating too much in that area and sweat is then cloged into yer pores creating grease thus = out to pimple. Or just not cleaning it properly. I would suggest the Netrogena Body Wash. It just might help.

bacteria on the skin causes these spots.
you can buy shower gels for this, but a far more effective cure is to use a loofah and scrub your a.ss with soap and a little antiseptic washing solution, like dettol.
works brilliantly i swear by it. do this every day til they're gone then once a week from then on to keep them away.
It actually keeps the skin nice and smooth if you use a nice mild soap

it is usually ingrown hair, heat or tight clothing rubbing that causes most of this if it is only irritated there. If it is other areas of the body but not the face it could also be the clothes soap or body soap you have used. Good luck.

could be a sweat rash? Wear cotton clothing rather than synthetic as it's more breathable, wash daily and change your underwear daily... other than that it could be an allergy or STD or other?
