All 66 books of the Bible are holy.. it is one book, and you cannot elevate one part of it over another in that regard; the entire book is holy. However, having said that, there is one verse that stands out to me as "special" and that is the verse where 700 BC the prophet Isaiah foretold the birth of the Christ child, the messiah, the savior of the world... Isaiah 7:14

I think the four Gospels are most holy because they tell of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ, God the Son come to Earth.

All of them because they can help you (depending on your need) , some can comfort, some can lift your spirits, others offer answers to problems. I think the best is the life of Jesus...Matthew , Mark, Luke, and John, but then Acts tell of the gifts of the spirits, and Revelation tell of our future. Oh I just love them all!

Thats a Good question, I believe its all the inspired Word of God.
But if I was to choose what to read, I would probably read; Matthew or Luke.

Pick one of the gospels, they're from actual eyewitness events, inspired by God, but detailing Jesus's life on earth.
