should i write my book of shadows dedication to my descendants and leave it to them and when they get old enough they can make there own, and only put some important things in it so they know the things that they need, just thought i would ask if this is a commonly done thing or if it's maybe just a good idea,thanks.

I think this is a great idea! You are caring for your descendants before they even exist. They will definitely feel wanted and appreciated with they get your book! It will also be a point of reference for them, since it is difficult to start off down this path.

I'm not a Wiccan, but I've studied it and that sounds like a wonderful idea. I'm sure your children (or descendants) will be thrilled to receive such a gift!

you should write your book of shadows... but you shouldn't write it for other people cause they need to put "their" own magic into it when they write it! ~ blessed be ~
