take up a hobby that is relaxing for you and make sure to make time for yourself after work to do it....spend atleast an hour before bed to do you hobby be it reading or puzzles whatever you like...and spend that hour just relaxing....it will came you down enough to be able to relax and get to sleep

Start a daily exercise routine. It really does help with stress and tension. It will relieve any tension in your body and helps clear your mind. It will take doing this every day for a while to get a good routine down. If you are already exercising, try taking melatonin before you go to bed. Do not watch TV in bed, turn your alarm clock around so you can't see it, read a little before you go to bed. And a nice relaxing bath does help.

A few ways I used to relax after a day of hard work:
- Classic music
- Read a book especially a boring text book
- Take a banana (high in potassium)

Other ways that helps:
- Stop taking caffeine (coffee and tea) after 3pm
- Sleep starter supplements from 21st century

1) less tension more productive.
2) You creat a situation where others gets tense about you. so that you pour your anger.
3) Play some computer games which will lead to concentration and realx your mind.
4) or take up some hobbies or sports like
5) Drink plenty of Water..when you get tensed which will cool your blood stream..and cool your body.
6) Take plenty of water based coolent drinks.
7) to let your anger or stress... you can take some YOGA. class.

first you convince yourself , saying "no" to people is as good as saying "yes". never go anywhere that you do not like, never do anything just for the other's. everyday eat a small peace of "bitter" chocolate, and believe that this will be the only bitterness in your life today.
after a hard work, if you cannot sleep deeply, find a good sex partner and let him/her show you all his/her best abilities, hava a nice and deep sleep.

Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.smoking
sometimes fasting is also important

try meditation,it really works.If u r music buff then listen to some soft music before u go to sleep.At the end have a glass of hot milk

take a goooooood shower!
with warm water , hot cup of tea.............have a nice clean bed, a good book..........dont recoment pills but try passiflora tea or pills or any syrup with passiflora and you will take out stress and axiety in a natural way......... good luck and good night!
