It depends. My dog has an incredibly nervous stomach and vomits whenever he is feeling the slightest bit of stress. What did your dog eat? What is in the vomit?
As long as he is actually getting vomit up, I would hold off on panicking. Just soothe him during, let him know he is not in trouble for vomiting.
If it continues for more than a day, take him to a vet. Better safe than sorry.

You can't do much all by yourself. You should call or visit the vet. How long he's been throwing up? More than 2 days is a very serious situation, and each minute counts, so don't waste any more.

Call your vet. Make an appointment to make sure your dog is not seriously ill. I recommend fried hamberger and cooked rice with fresh cold water to help settle the belly.

does your dog have teary-eyes?
how old-young is your dog? (months)

take him to the vet..it depends because he could be throwin up for a lot of reasons....he could be sick or maybe he has a sensitive stomach
thats wat mi dog had so i changed his food to NAtural Choice for sensitive stomachs n he stopped
