Not at all...You're not talking about some ancient old fogie! I imagine he would be established professionally to treat you well, he would be "experienced" for behind closed doors, and he is acitve and likes doing things with you. Forget the number, and go with the person. What do you have to lose?

No i think that is fine. Once you are old enough to know your own mind and your own feelings i don't think age is a problem however big the age gap... just be happy..
