Use plenty of powder on the feet and in shoes. Use the type of powder that soldiers used, not baby powder.
Wash the feet well after taking off the shoes. Soak the feet in warm water with sea salt.

One of my sons had foot odor. Because we weren't sure exactly what was causing it, I got some tea tree oil, put about ten drops into a bucket of warm water, and he soaked his feet in that in the evenings - it worked like a charm because of the tea tree oil being antibacterial and antifungal. We also have to make sure that he doesn't go around in old shoes or wear shoes without socks, because that can cause it too. Hope this helps :-)

Bathing?
Goldbond Foot Powder smells kind of minty, and feels cool and tingly on your skin when applied. Not exactly natural, but effective all the same.

You can use these powders especially made for this sort of conditions (you can find them in Pharmacies and supermarkets). And of course he'd have to use socks and shoes that allow ventilation.

A good soak in vinegar and water solution should do it; also get him some cotton socks and insoles for his shoes with odor fighters in them (charcole filter).
