Well, he wouldn't have long to be an atheist, anyway.

From what I've learned, Christians believe a person who was mentally incapacitated isn't held accountable, like a child.

You might want to research Billy Graham. He was part of the Free Mason Cult. This never got disclosed but you can look up any website on Billy Graham and Free Masonry. He isn't the man the world thought he was.

This accident that you describe is almost like death. Whatever he held as his belief before his condition changed would be used to judge him, when his owb ability to think was clear and untainted with the effects of the accident. THAT is what I think would be the fair thing to do.

But your point is well taken. Does salvation mean believing in a story that happened based on your brain washing by your family or environment.

What if Billy Graham is taken immediately to the avenue of the Ayatollahs where he is brainwashed by THEM? and ... he converts to ISLAM. What will become of him then?

I as a Muslim know deep within my heart that MY LORD is fair, and that is what I fear from Him, as I am a lowly defective human being with many flaws that I do not realize nor will I ever realize except a few convenient ones. BUT, I also know that my BEAUTIFUL CREATOR, MY LOVE is also MERCIFUL. I also know that no sin is too heavy for him to wipe off with the powerful waters of his mercy. All one needs is hope in His Mercy. I personally believe he will not let me down, as I admit I am defective and I admit that I am a nothing... but I also hope and trust that HIS MERCY will be no match for my wrongs!!

BUT, this should not be taken as an insolent dependence on his mercy and do wrong deliberately!! Especially in the matters of his creatures. When a child disobeys the mom, he may be punished or shown mercy. When a child hurts his siblings, then Mercy is not an option except in the hands of the sibling who was hurt, as mom will have to be JUST. Her choice of Mercy is not available to her any more, as mercy in that situation would kill her sense of justice.

The same is true for the LORD in our understanding. If you abuse the fellow creautures, if you abuse a person, then the Lord will apply the laws of Justice on you. Whereas in cases where you disobey him and say not pray on time or miss fasts or did not give what you were supposed to give in the religious taxes, then he may have mercy and compensate the wrong doing from his vast coffers, so the injustice is alleviated and we are forgiven.

I hope this makes sense.

God knows your heart. He knows that Billy Graham is one of those loved people in the world. Millions have seen his ministries on tv, and he truly loves God. God would accept him with open arms if he were to die after losing his memory of being a Christian. God isn't a mean, unintelligent God that will say, "What? you lost your memory of being a Christian? You ain't coming to MY house, then!" God will say, "You were in an accident, and you lost your memory, but I have a memory of you being a very great Christian, and loving me and my people! Well done, my faithful servant. You made it!!!"

Billy Graham isn't going to Heaven unless he repents.

Errrrrr.... Even though he forgot he was Christian, he still is. He will go to heaven, just as long as he doesnt do murders and stuff, or he wont be able to get confession, and yeah....But i think he's safe from hell.
Yeah, I guess you should ask God

He would go to heaven because the bible says the once in Christ's hands, the devil in hell can't pluck you out...No matter what happens, once you are saved, you are always saved.
