Sometimes, doing the things that are wrong are so much easier than doing right. For example... keeping a juicy secret is harder to do at the water cooler when every one else is talking about the secret anyway and only you have the ultimate 4-1-1 on it. So... in order to be the bestest of the best, the secret is spilled and you a reveared as a gossip queen... until someone else wants to tell you a secret and they think back to the water cooler day when you revealed the skinny on your bosses bestiality fetsih... and... poof...
bottom line... doing the bad stuff is what makes the drama so damn entertaining...

it is not wrong at the time but once looked back you recongize the wrong you have commited and usually not even realizing it at the time so i would say many of these oversites are just not paying attention to ones action and being on automatic drive this is why prayer and learning is so good for us!

pettiness, no willpower and/or self centeredness. there are a myriad of reasons people tell themselves it's okay- "i know it's wrong but it feels good" or "i've done it before, i may as well do it again" on and on
