Spinach, Watermelon, and Broccoli are really good sources. You can also get a lot of cereals that are fortified with Iron too, like Corn Flakes, Total, Raisin Bran, Etc.

Some good sources of iron include: green leafy vegetables (brocolli, spinach, brussel sprouts, etc), cream of wheat cereal, and some prepared foods (soups / chillis).
I found it necessary to supplement my diet with iron vitamins when I was into my vegetarian mode. Also, be sure you don't mix calcium and iron in the same meal. Calcium interferes with the absorption of iron. To increase your absorption of iron, be sure to include Vitamin-C with your meal.

Unless you're vegan*, Kellogg's Frosted Mini-wheats are a great source of iron. One bowl provides 90 percent of the recommended daily vallue.
* well, I suppose you could eat them without milk

jamas! non vegetarians are the meanest ppl on the earth y u have to kill some one for your taste buds yuck! your plate when u eat is nothing but a graveyard nuthin but flesh and bones ,
anyways it has iron in it coz it grows from the soil

highest amount of iron is in broccoli..and then spinach. but sufficient amount of vitamin c is required to absorb the iron or else it isnt much worth.
