Oh come on. Tell the truth Bucky! You know good and well that she's not materialistic. You are just "blame-shifting" to take the spot light off of you and your dumb a** actions so you don't have to take responsibility for being an insensitive jerk. You knew that shirt meant a lot to her, and you torched it anyway - (probably on purpose...) And I would bet your relationship on the fact that THAT is her REAL problem with you. BOW DOWN YOU PIG!

this is so funny...but if you did not actually set light to it with your lighter while she was wearing it, and not appologized like crazy, then not have gone out to try to replace it with another one or offered her money to buy another or make up for it in ACTION instead of just words and promises, then she is realy over reacting and was looking for an excuse to get back at you over something else completley unrelated that happened in the past but now she has the amo she needs cos you gave it to her. If you can not talk this over logically and resolve it like adults then move on and dont waste your time on her since a relationship like this will have other issues in the future and you will end up breaking up over some other silly stuff anyways.

it probably depends what the shirt was, she'd be materialistic if it was just some shirt you can pick up at a mall. but if it was something important to her because of family (passed down perhaps) or friend(given as a gift)or maybe hand-made by someone else or herself then its ok for her to be mad

People are allowed to be accident-prone, surely, but I'd not talk to anyone who's actually capable of setting my clothes on fire by accident. No offense.

i imagine freezing/frost chew feels lots like being on fireplace so i guess both might want to particularly a lot experience an analogous. If I had to verify i might want to assert lit on fireplace because the over all procedure will flow a lot speedier.

how can you light your girl's shirt on fire BY ACCIDENT??? how does that work?
buy her another just like it! Also buy her a diamond ring, and she'll forget about the whole thing.
"Candy is dandy, but a diamond just might get you laid"
