Good thoughts for you - positive thoughts for you - I'll send them anyway you would like to receive them - I fully understand times of real stress and I understand really scared - and I know full well what it is to desire good vibes - I just shared with my husband this evening how much I would like to just get a way for a couple of days - no phone, no tv, no kids, no computer, no dogs, just nature, beautiful trails and gardens, cool waters, quiet times, hand holding, just to feel safe and close, to be near him, without having to discuss anything, to just "be" one together. My mind can conjure up such beautiful places that we could be together totally isolated from the realities of life and my mind - crystal waterfalls, no bugs, no snakes, just beauty - a genuine Garden of Eden with no tempations or tempter - a place of perfect contentment. I don't know if this has helped you any at all, but it sure has made me feel good to describe something that would be so peaceful to my soul, to my physical and mental well-being. A place that could only be for my husband and I, no intruders. Not to hot - not to cold. A piece of perfection. Such an oasis in the midst of life. Sometimes, we have to create such a place and focus on its colors and its beauty and truly carry ourselves into its peace so that we can face the stress and the fears - it's a private abode that we all must have from time to time. God must have allowed me to need mine today so that I could describe for you how to create that place even in the midst of a crowd. Because it's within you and it can be yours and yours alone with boundaries you establish and as you slip into its safety and its beauty and its peace then you realize you have slipped into the arms of God, where the soul can rest. That is the purest joy there is. Oh, darling, I am a mother, I wish I could encircle you with the embrace that I feel so encircled with as I have written you this most personal note. I give to you a freedom to create, as that is as close as I can be in this moment.

Are you asking for advice on how to deal with stress, or wanting to know whether we can do it?
As to the second, I honestly don't know. I can make myself feel good by wishing away (and I'll try!), but I won't know if it helps you. On the other hand, I'm open to the idea that there is a connection between all people.
The main component of dealing with stress is to realize the insignificance of whatever it is you're stressing over. What will be, will be; most variables are out of your control. Don't stop loving and respecting yourself no matter what the outcome, no matter how stupid what you've done seems to be, because it doesn't help to punish yourself like that.

Just calm yourself down and lay restfully. Close your eyes and try to think very positive, relieving thoughts, and don't allow your mind to wander to the situation of stress and fright. In fact, forget about it for a few seconds, and then when you've rested your mind a little bit, take the situation into consideration. Most times, you find out that you perhaps inflated the situation a bit, but even when you have not and the situation is truly bad, you will learn realistic ways to deal with them better.

Meditation is the process of coming out of the psychological womb, coming out of the mind. The moment you are out of the mind, you are free of all limitations. There are only two kinds of limitations: the limitations imposed by the body and the limitations imposed by the mind. These are the only prisons, the only chains. Once you are out of these two you are as vast as the universe itself. Then you are just pure awareness, with no beginning, no end.

Stop of loving yourself too much.
Start to love other people and hepl them. You will find the real life and you will see that all the people have problems and worst of our problems.
Start trusting God as a Father who forgive our sins as in the parable.
