I was a really skinny little kid, then a borderline obese teenager, then I lost all of the weight. Last year I did a lot of running and biking (good cardio) and this year I took up weightlifting. I'm about 5'9" or 10" and I only weigh around 150 - 160 lbs. so I'm not fat at all anymore. But the skin on my neck is loose and it wasn't like this when I was a kid. I lost the weight over 3 years ago so I'm sure if it was going to go away it would have by now already. While my cheeks and entire face slimmed down, I still sort of have a double chin. It's just very ugly and I hate how my profile looks because of it. Is there something I can do about that without having surgery? I'll show you a picture if you can't get a visual.

Same problem goes for my chest, there's still a little extra fat there, but idc as much because with a shirt on nobody can tell, plus now that I'm working out I'm seeing improvement, so I'm just going to stick with it. That's actually what made me wonder if there was a neck exercise because from experience I can tell you that all the dieting in the world isn't going to fix it. I'm not going to lie, I kind of feel like a pig or better yet a turkey sometimes. I'm going to try those suggestions and I hope you didn't just make them up to see if I was dumb enough to actually put my forehead on the floor etc, but i'm kind of desperate. Girls tell me all the time that I'm really good looking, I hear atleast 2 or 3 times a day that I look like Jake Gyllenhaal which I know is a great compliment, but when people meet me in person and see me from a different angle they dont like what they see as much because you can only see it from the side view and in frontal pictures I usually look pretty good
