I see many have problems after download Vista. My XP works great - but I am curious also and want to see how it works. Is there anyone who can say it works perfect without problems??
Can I use it seperately without deleting XP. ?? Can I use it with all feautures when I install it on D instead of C who normally is the place where it should be installed. ??

Just partition your hard drive and install it on the new partition (parition magic works pretty well), there you go dual boot with XP and Vista..
-OR-
Heh, download VMWare and install it as a virtual machine just to check her out, can delete it easily and requires no partitioning.

I have beta two and no it's not worth it in my opinion just wait until the release in Jan.

And for the idiot posting above me... it's not 50 gigs..

Wait a while until Microsoft releases RC1 (=Release Candidate 1) of Windows Vista to the public. It is going to be much better than the previously released public beta 2. Being a technical beta tester who has used the builds released after beta 2 I can assure you that they're working hard on reducing the resource usage.

You can safely install it onto your D: drive; your XP installation will not be harmed. You will have to choose between the two Windows versions whenever you boot though.

Regarding the resource usage someone cited: Vista itself uses about 7 GBytes of hard drive space, and 300 MBytes of RAM by itself. It does need more resources than XP, true, but not the outrageous amounts certain people think it will need.
