start running, biking or swimming, fat burns when you do cardio... even jumping rope burns tons of calories. Also, depending on your eating habits, you don't have to necessarily eat better, you may just have to eat less... eat smaller portions, and spread it out through out the day. Not eating actually causes your body to make fat and eliminate muscle mass.

If you really want to get rid of love handles fast, get liposuction. Although its pretty painful after the procedure, it is worth every dollar and every pain. I'm almost 50 and I just had it done July 27th and as the swelling goes down, I continue to drop sizes. Right now I am down from a 14 to a 10. And my doctor says I should drop one more size at least. I am telling you, I feel like I did 20 years ago. and I look great!! So go for it. Its so worth it!!! Good luck

If you want to do it FAST. That means you don't have the heart or drive to do it at all. Because there is no FAST way to do it. I'm not going to waste my time giving you advice. Just keep your love handles.

exercise, eat a nice diet such as salads now you can cheat a little and eat something fatty just dont eat a lot of it eat it in small portions. exercise at least 2 times a day it helped me also powerade or water.

As we age, our metabolism starts to slow down and we start to gain fat in all the wrong places. To make matters worse, it is known that the older we get,the more sedentary our lifestyle will be. You will also have the benefit of owning an attractive flat belly and a slim waistline with beautiful muscle tone and that fabulous six pack abs for the guys. Added to your healthy eating habit such as avoiding too much dietary fat, sugar, simple carbohyrate, you will not only lose your belly fat and love handle, you will lose them forever. And if you have other fat deposit in other parts of your body, the same routine will also burn away those fat fast too.
So the if you want to own an attractive flat belly and a slim waist line fast, add cardio and weight exercises along with a healthy eating habit. Then watch the massive improvement to your health and fitness and watch your belly fat and love handle melt away quickly.
Well, it may take some effort getting used to the new routine at first but when you start to see your belly fat and love handle melting away and when you are forced to change you wardrobe because of your new slim waistline, you will enjoy and appreciate your new healthy lifestyle and attractive body.
