You are asking about a Chinese Crested..they are great little dogs.. Is yours hairless, or powder puff?

I believe you mean Chinese Crested
A toy dog, fine-boned, elegant and graceful. The distinct varieties are born in the same litter. The Hairless with hair only on the head, tail and feet and the Powderpuff, completely covered with hair. The breed serves as a loving companion, playful and entertaining.

The hairless ones look like they survived a chemical fire. The hairy ones look like something you'd see in a Dr. Seuss cartoon.

they are thoes funky hairless dogs. that sometimes have a frow at the top of their heads and at the tip of their tails.
