All depends what brand, if its made from clotted cream or not, what else it has in it and what flavour it is, but found this:

Oooh you got my attention with that headline, but the thing is it depends on the brand. You can probably find out by looking on your favorite ice cream brand's web site.
BUT in my opinion, ice cream is dairy and dairy is healthy so therefore ice cream = healthy so I don't question. : )
