No. It is only a tool. The motives of the person using the tool determines what it is used for. A kitchen knife can be used for preparing a meal or murder. Is it the fault of the kitchen knife how it will be used?

Listen you don't want to mess around with OUIJA boards, or any sort of seance, YES ALL THEY DO IS SUMMON DEMONS!!! you cannot speak to spirits of the dead because man has a 'mortal soul' which means you have a soul when you are alive. When a man dies he goes into the grave.
By the way, since man only has a mortal soul, if you are not Christs when he comes, you will be destroyed in hell, and will not burn for eternity as catholicism and many prodestant/pentacostals are teaching today.
You may think it cool to use a OUIJA board, but it is far from it, they are really dangerous and you can become 'haunted' or even 'possessed'.... Please don't play with the spirits, the Bible both forbids it and condemns it.

Ouija boards are devices made to be used by one person despite what you see in movies. The person using it is to sit down with it and place his/her hands gently on the penchant. The user asks a question. The answer to that question will be subconsciously moved by the user. It is a device used for divination, not for talking to spirits.

The boards themselves are nothing - same as statues are actually just metal or wood or whatever.
But with the rituals and beliefs put onto them - you are asking to get in contact with the spirit world and I've never heard of an angel contacting someone via the board.

I don't think they're necessarily satanic or evil, but I wouldn't deliberately invite an unfamiliar spirit into my home any more than I'd invite one of y'all here at YA. And Yahoo! Answers is easier to turn off!

It's a toy. Nothing more. The pointer is not being moved by a spirit but by the movements of the participants...conscious and unconscious movements. People who are afraid of a party game really need serious therapy.

Satanists and other demon worshiper stay away from these
type of devices because they know who controls them. Basically
they are used by ignorant Christians who don't know what they
are getting themselves into.
Be smart and stay away from all that mumbo jumbo.
Stick with the Holy Bible and you wont go wrong.
