OK no matter what recipe it is start with a little grape. get some grape, which is not wet at all. if it is wet, spread it under the sun to get dry, you don't need to wash them( I usually don't), if you are picky you can but there should be no water on them so dry them afterward. depends on what taste you like you can get rid of the branches or keep them. mash them very well pour it in a container( clay or plastic) that can be sealed very well. fill the 2/3 of the container. before sealing it lit a lighter( not a candle of matches becasue of the smell) inside of the container to get rid of the oxygen. seal it wait for 3-4 days leave it in a warm place ( 37C)then open it and stir it every morning. till the morning that the branches or other solid things doesn't stand on the liquid. then filter it with a piece of thin cotton cloth, bottle it and seal it. for making sure you are not making vinegar you can even taste it till you can't taste sweet.

There is no recipe..... its just grapes that are crushed and the juices are fermented ....making wine
